Courtney at Chrysler couldn't mesh schedules with me. Her last and apparently final attempt at contacting me was this past Friday. She called around 2:30 (I don't have my phone with me so I don't have the exact time, but rest assured I am keeping all the voicemails) which is not 3:30. Again.
I called Chrysler on Monday and was informed that I had a new person assigned to my account by the name of Keala. After finding this tidbit of information out I asked to be transferred to him. After about a minute of being on hold the phone hung up.
So I called back, this time asking for Keala's extension myself so that I could call it. I tried calling the number and an automated response from Chrysler informed me that the extension was no longer valid. Interesting.
I called Chrysler a third time and explained my situation. The representative told me that was weird and she put me on hold to investigate. Turns out the extension didn't work for her either but that it was the correct extension. She told me that she was going to put in a request to have the extension looked at and that she would personally let Keala know that his extension wasn't working. Funny side note, I was told last week by a different representative that he couldn't physically tell Courtney I was on the phone because it was such a large facility and he didn't know who she was. So who is lying?
Anyways, the representative whom I was currently speaking with assured me that she would input yet another note under my file indicating not to call prior to 3:30 (Keala had left me a message around oneish) and that I was attempting to return his call.
Well, yesterday I decided that I was going to take a nap once I got home from work and I was true to my word. When I woke up, which was around 6:00 in the evening, I walked into the living room and picked up my cell phone. I noticed I had a voicemail and it was from Keala. He had actually called after 3:30 but I had fallen asleep and didn't hear the phone ring. Sigh.
I finally have someone at Chrysler who listens to my requests and I mess up.
Today I'll be ready.
