Constantly looking for the perfect dark chocolate.

Man, I always hate having to write about myself. It's just like everytime you have to get up and introduce yourself to the rest of the class the beginning of every school semester. No one cares, I know I don't. If your lucky, a quarter of the people will remember your name, and it's never the people that you actually wouldn't mind talking to. Can you believe that they still make you do introductions in college? Well they do. And I suck at doing them. But I digress.

My name is Starla and that's about the only name I answer to except for some of my lazy friends who call me "Star" because apparently saying the last two letters in my six letter name would be too time consuming. I have been known on occasion to respond to a few names The Hubby says, but is not the purpose of this biography.

I have a weakness for tiny little four-legged creatures that belong in the feline category, which is how I've come to own 5 of them.

I also have a weakness for most things chocolatey, meaty or cheesy (preferably not all mixed together) which is how I account for my chubby girl stature.

I work more than full-time now that I've acquired a second job (part-time) so I officially work seven days a week and go to school practically full-time. I'm currently majoring in evidence technology, though ultimately I want to be a forensic pathologist. Who's for going to school for the rest of their lives? Ooh, ooh Starla does!!

I currently live in Phoenix, AZ which isn't all bad. I've been out here for a little over 6 years now. I was originally born in the Commonwealth of Virginia, but don't ask me anything about it because I left there at the tender age of 2 1/2 years and I don't remember jack about it. I grew up in San Diego, CA and consider it home even though I don't live there anymore.

If I could think of anything else exciting or the least bit interesting to add, I probably would of added it by now, so just read the blog.
